3. What types of doors are available?
We offer single/double doors, panel doors, pooja doors, flush doors, glass insert doors, antique style, and CNC-free carved doors — all handcrafted.
4. Are your doors waterproof?
Solid wood is water-resistant but not fully waterproof. We apply PU polish and protective sealants to make them safe for exterior and moist environments.
5. What wood types do you use?
We use Indian Teak, Sheesham, Steam Beech, Oak, and Walnut. All wood is kiln-dried and chemically treated to resist termites and moisture.
6. Do you offer bulk order services?
Yes. We fulfill bulk orders for residential and commercial projects. Quantity discounts and phased delivery options are available on large projects.
7. How do I place an order?
You can place an order via WhatsApp, phone call, or our website. Finalize your design → confirm size and finish → pay advance → get regular updates.
8. What is the average delivery time?
Ready stock ships in 5–7 days. Custom doors take 2–3 weeks. Heavy carvings or large projects may take 4–5 weeks depending on complexity.
9. Can I visit your showroom?
Yes, visits are welcome with prior appointment. We also offer virtual walkthroughs on video call if you cannot travel to our location.
10. Is installation service included?
We provide on-site installation in major cities or send video guidance for remote areas. Our team will coordinate smooth delivery and fitment.
11. Are refunds available?
No refunds after production starts. We ensure full design confirmation via call or CAD approval before making your order to avoid any confusion.
12. What polish options do you offer?
PU Matt, PU Gloss, Deco, Melamine, Water-based, Oil Finish, Antique Rustic — we can also match any reference polish you provide.
13. Do you export outside India?
Yes. We export to the US, UK, UAE, Canada, and Australia. We follow international packaging standards and provide shipping assistance.
14. Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every product is crafted by traditional artisans without CNC machines. Even the smallest carving is done by hand using chisels.
15. What if my product gets damaged?
In case of transit damage, share unboxing video and pictures within 24 hours. We offer replacement or repair depending on claim verification.
16. Do you offer EMI or part payment?
Yes. You can pay 50% advance and 50% before dispatch. EMI is available via Razorpay or bank partners on eligible transactions.
17. Can I reorder the same design?
Absolutely. We store your entire design, polish, and size history for repeat orders even after months or years.
18. What is the warranty period?
We offer a 1-year warranty on structure, joints, and hardware. Polish fading or misuse is not covered under warranty.
19. What technology do you use?
We use advanced machinery like FJT, Steam Dryer, Panel Saw, Boring Machines, and Sanding Drum — but all final work is hand finished.
20. Do you take advance payment?
Yes. 50% is required to start production. Remaining 50% before dispatch or cash-on-delivery options can be discussed for nearby zones.
21. Can I choose my own handles?
Yes. We offer hardware options in brass, stainless steel, antique, matte black, or you can send your own handles to be installed.
22. What sizes do you offer?
We make doors/furniture in any size. Standard sizes and odd sizes — both are possible. Everything is custom-fitted to your space.
23. Do you make wardrobes or beds?
Yes. We make modular wardrobes, cots, carved beds, storage beds, and even custom bedside units with solid wood and matching polish.
24. How long will the polish last?
Our PU polish lasts 5–10 years depending on usage and climate. Re-polishing can bring it back to brand-new condition later.
25. Do you offer pre-finished frames?
Yes. Door frames are polished along with the doors. They come finished, drilled, and matched with hinges ready to install on-site.
